- Description:PLEASE CREDIT: @maecooper_ (IG) Hi, The video was taken yesterday (14th February, 2021) at 15:45pm. I am not sure who the man is but he seemed to enjoy providing entertainment for everyone watching!! In Amsterdam we have a 9pm curfew and I think the canals freezing over at the weekend gave everyone a bit of excitement in the current lockdown situation. He was fine afterwards - I saw him wrapped up in a towel shortly after and everyone was cheering him. Thanks! Mae
