In the video, three people are holding large wooden frames in position while working on the structure. As one person places a wooden beam across the top of the frame and prepares to attach it to the final support, another person suddenly loses their grip on one of the frames. The frame falls over and strikes the person standing in the middle holding the other support. As the first person moves to help lift the fallen frame, they briefly slip and fall before quickly getting back up and assisting. According to the author, the group was assembling a swing at the time of the incident.
