The air defense and electronic warfare units successfully intercepted and neutralized a total of 42 Ukrainian drones over the Crimean region. Out of these, nine drones were shot down with precision, while the remaining 33 were thwarted using electronic countermeasures, causing them to crash before reaching their intended targets. The operation was deemed a success, with no reported damage to civilian infrastructure. Earlier in the night, Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev had noted the downing of several drones, assuring the public that the city remained calm while maintaining a state of preparedness.
